ARM based CODEC

While PC remains the most popular and widely used platform for software CODECs, mobile and embedded applications are fast on the rise. Highly popular video chat and streaming video player applications on smartphones and tablets requires a high performance, real-time software CODEC running on variety of ARM based hardware platforms including Apple iOS and Google Android. While many smartphones and tablets have built-in hardware to encode and decode H.264 video, they are mostly not suitable for real-time applications like streaming video players and video communications.
