VSofts operates two professional development divisions:

• Video Solutions Division (VSD)
• Engineering Services Division (ESD)

Video Solutions Division (VSD) develops digital platform and delivery components such as audio and video encoders, decoders (codecs), compression products (H.264, MPEG2, etc.) for integration, deployment, and enhancement on an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis. Contract services are often provided with specific licensed intellectual property (IP), in order to adapt, modify and integrate the solutions tailored to suit the OEM requirements.

Engineering Services Division (ESD) provides development services of software engineering on a contract basis. ESD develops specifications, milestones, software components and programs such as prototyping, project development, software algorithms and coding, as well as complete engineering for early stage projects through end-to-end solutions. ESD supports each contract project at all stages of delivery throughout their product lifecycle.
