Broadcast quality H.264 Main profile encoder which can run on single or dual Stretch S5 devices:

H.264 Embedded Encoder for TI Platform VP3(PMC) board
VSofts real-time H.264 SD Main Profile Embedded Encoder runs on Vitec VP3 (PMC) board. It provides broadcast quality video with latency 6-8 frames. Encoder captures raw video from SDI input (NTSC and PAL), and outputs elementary H.264 video bitstream via PCI bus. Encoder supports bitrates from 500 Kbps to 4 Mbps. Encoder implements CBR rate control without frame skipping. VSofts provides host application for Windows to control the encoder.

MPEG4 SP+ Video Decoder
It's a very effective implementation of MPEG4 Visual Simple Profile, plus it has many features from Advanced Simple Profile in order to support all available MPEG4 content. Decoder is heavily optimized for ARM and for mobile environment with limited memory and CPU constraints. Decoder is written in plain C and doesnt have assembly code, thus it is easily portable to any platform. VSofts also provides DirectShow MPEG4 video decoder filter for Windows. Decoder is certified by DivX for Handheld Profile.

MP3 Audio Decoder
It's a very effective implementation of MPEG audio. Decoder is heavily optimized for ARM and for mobile environment with limited memory and CPU constraints. Decoder is written in plain C and doesnt have assembly code, thus it is easily portable to any platform. Decoder supports MPEG1/MPEG2 Layers II and III.

H264 Decoder for ARM
It's a very effective implementation of H.264 Baseline Profile for mobile environment. Decoder is heavily optimized for ARM and for mobile environment with limited memory and CPU constraints. Decoder is written in plain C and is easily portable to any other platform.
